This month's session will feature a screening and discussion of Jason Rosenthal's inspiring TED Talk, The Journey Through Loss & Grief .

After the death of his wife, bestselling author Amy Krouse Rosenthal, Jason transformed his experience of profound loss into a message of hope, resilience, and healing.

Through his heartfelt story, he reminds us that while grief is deeply personal, it is also possible to find meaning, joy, and light as we move forward.

We hope you'll also join us on November 12 for the final session in the series, when we'll explore compassion and the true meaning of empathy.
