The 20th Annual Salmon River 5.5 Mile Run
The 860 Life Take
Run a scenic 5.5-mile course along the Salmon River in East Hampton, starting and ending at the historic Comstock covered bridge. This earth-friendly race traverses pavement, dirt roads, and trails through the State Forest and Airline Trail, finishing with a fast downhill stretch. Participants enjoy a BBQ and awards ceremony riverside, with free T-shirts for the first 100 entrants. It’s a rewarding event for runners who appreciate nature and community spirit.
