On July 20, RiverBarre returns to Mortensen Riverfront Plaza with a free barre workout led by Hartford Sweat instructors. This session combines ballet-inspired moves, yoga alignment, and Pilates core work to sculpt and strengthen your body. The outdoor setting along the Connecticut River adds a refreshing vibe to your fitness routine. Donations are welcome to support future classes.
