This monthly event includes chanted prayers in English with CD accompaniment and centers on Guru yoga practices compiled by the first Panchen Lama. It’s a contemplative session designed to deepen your spiritual practice and cultivate compassion and wisdom. The event is open to all and lasts about 1.6 hours.
