Meditate in the Park & Community Potluck invites you to a refreshing outdoor meditation session at Elizabeth Park’s Rose Garden in West Hartford on June 27th. Led by Buddhist Teacher Melissa Isabelle, this 45-minute guided meditation is followed by a vegetarian potluck, fostering community connection. Bring a chair or blanket and a dish to share if you wish. The event welcomes all ages and even pets, with a rain plan to move indoors at Odiyana KBC.
