Materials Studio at Grace Farms, CT

Families with children ages 4 to 11 can explore the life cycle of everyday building materials in this hands-on workshop at Grace Farms. Inspired by the exhibit With Every Fiber: Pigment, Stone, Glass, participants will discover unique properties of materials and imagine new uses for them. The exhibit also highlights important issues like forced labor in the building materials supply chain. This in-person event offers a creative and educational experience in New Canaan’s scenic Grace Farms.
