International Yoga Day: Laughter Yoga the program.

This welcoming session is perfect for all experience levels, no flexibility required, just an openness to laugh, breathe, and have fun.

Laughter Yoga is not about jokes or comedy, but about intentional laughter that naturally becomes contagious through movement, breathwork, and group interaction.

Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a water bottle and a chair or mat to sit on for brief introductions and a grounding exercise at the end.

The entire class can be done seated if necessary.
