Juneteenth Celebration to be held June 20th in Hebron

Hebron's Burnt Hill Park hosts a meaningful Juneteenth Celebration on June 20th, organized by the Peters Family, descendants of Cesar Peters, an enslaved man who lived in the area. This event honors local Black history with singing, drumming, storytelling, soul food, and activities for children. It runs from noon to 3 pm at the historic Peters House, with a rain location at St. Peter’s Church. This gathering reflects a deepening community connection and respect for Hebron’s heritage.
