Intro to Mah Jongg

Learn the basics of American Mah Jongg in this two-part beginner workshop at Meriden Public Library. Instructor Kathy Carle guides you through identifying tiles, reading the card, and forming hands in the first session, followed by a game-playing session to practice your new skills. Both classes are required to attend and all materials are provided, making it easy to jump in with no prior experience. This in-person event is a great way to discover a classic game in a welcoming community setting.
