Family Activities: Celebrating America at 250 celebrate their own special event.

While visiting, families can also check out our new exhibitions, Drawn Here: Stories of Hartford’s North End and Rebellious, explorations of moments of change throughout Connecticut history.

Families can continue the learning at home with a Family Activity Kit, a take-home bag full of activities, crafts, and images of items from the museum’s collection.

In celebration of America at 250, these kits explore journeys of immigrant families moving to Connecticut throughout history, celebrate individual family history, and highlight the importance of community.
