This dynamic reading brings together poets from across Connecticut, each representing a different decade, for an afternoon of raw, resonant stories. From childhood to caregiving, joy to upheaval, these poems trace the moments that define a life.

Hosted by Victoria Nordlund & Karen Warinsky, and featuring acclaimed voices including Sean F. Forbes, Iris Hida, Joyce Hida, Emily Hockaday, Tom Lagasse, Steven Straight, Elizabeth Thomas, and T'challa Williams. Choose your own ticket price: $5, $10, $25, or free. All proceeds support the Nook Farm Writers Collaborative at The Mark Twain House & Museum, an intensive six-week summer writing program for Connecticut teens.
