ADAPTIVE DANCE AT THE NUMEG

Experience inclusive movement at the Adaptive Dance program designed for students of all abilities at The Nutmeg Ballet. Created by a pediatric occupational therapist and Nutmeg Ballet graduate, this one-time event welcomes everyone to explore dance through music and movement. Held at Torrington City Hall, it’s a supportive environment that encourages expression and connection. Whether new to dance or experienced, participants can enjoy a joyful, accessible session.
