ADAPTIVE DANCE AT THE NUMEG

Adaptive Dance at The Nutmeg welcomes dancers of all abilities to explore music and movement in an inclusive setting. Created by a pediatric occupational therapist, this July 11th class in Torrington encourages expression and connection through dance. It’s a thoughtful offering that embraces diversity and accessibility in the arts. The Nutmeg Ballet’s space on Main Street provides a supportive atmosphere for all participants.
