Mindful Hike at Peterson Park 🏞️⛰️

The return to Peterson Park 🏞️ is our next mindful Hike.

We will plan for 3-4 miles and this hike will be on the lower end of moderate.

Please only attend if you have some hiking experience.

This is an out and back trail.

No pets, guests or children, you will be turned away if you attend with any of the three.

In agreeing to attend you are agreeing to all group rules.

Our hikes have been great successes and I’d like to thank all attendees for their contribution to a good events.

Proper hiking footwear and adequate water are necessary.

Bringing additional gear like poles or spikes is a personal safety decision.

We will also be incorporating mindfulness skills into our hike like breathing and grounding skills.

We would appreciate if phones are put on silent.
