our next Mindful Hike.

This location has so much to offer.

This is a moderate hike.

It has some steep inclines and declines.

We will plan for 3.5 miles.

We can decide as a group to add more on.

Our hikes have been great successes and I’d like to thank all attendees for their contribution to a good events.

On this trip we will climb up to the lookout point as well as take a loop around one of the mountain bike trails.

Then circle the lake for a larger loop.

There are some inclines and spots where careful footing is required.

Please keep this in mind when deciding to attend.

Proper hiking footwear and adequate water are necessary.

Bringing additional gear like poles or spikes is a personal safety decision.

Please no pets or kids.

By signing up for this hike you agreeing to follow all group rules.

We will also be incorporating mindfulness skills into our hike like breathing and grounding skills.

We would appreciate if phones are put on silent.
