The 860 Life Take
This supportive open mic night in Old Lyme welcomes neurodivergent performers and friends for an evening of music, poetry, and comedy at a cozy acoustic cafe. A cover charge applies at the venue, and donations are appreciated to support the community.

We normally paddle 6-9 miles in an evening.
We normally plan our routes prior to launch to account for weather and the tide conditions.
The posted time is our launch time or on the water time.
Please arrive early enough to be launching or already on the water by that time.
PFDs are required as well as spray skirts.
Stay for the potluck dinner after the paddle.
